So - for all of us poor people who’ve been hoping for a cheaper iPhone - at Apple’s online store, you can now buy one - refurbished - for $100 less than retail.

So Apple must have had to replace a lot of iPhones in the early going!!
There is a new iPod announcement coming next week. My hope is for an iPod that looks like the iPhone- touchscreen - with a big hard drive!! Wi-fi capability would be sweet as well.
We'll see...

Best Buy

So last night me and Michael ventured out to Best Buy to pick up the new Ringo Starr CD. There is a special edition of the release with a DVD included as well.
Best Buy DID NOT HAVE IT!!!
It's getting increasingly tough to buy items in the stores anymore. I guess I'll have to order it from Amazon.com!!!
Damn shame.

And what's with all the exclusive versions everywhere for seemingly every release these days!!! Exclusive at Wal-mart; Exclusive at Target; Exclusive at Best Buy; Exclusive online only download! JEEZE! Enough already!!

Five Star Iris

Just heard that the band we’re friends with – Five Star Iris – has been selected out of over 1500 bands to perform at the Pentagon in September. They recently completed a tour of bases over in Iraq as well. Quite an honor. They just seem poised and ready to burst big nationwide. Time will tell.
